2021 Chevrolet Tahoe is now in its fifth generation. Twenty-five years later, the American automaker continues a long tradition of state-of-the-art SUVs, with standard V8 power, body nun frame chassis, classic rear-wheel drive, and optional four-wheel drive. 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Trim Levels

Chevrolet manufactures the 2021 Tahoe in 6 trim levels: LS, LT, RST, Z71, Premier, and High Country. The lower version has a 5.3-liter V8 engine, and the higher version has a larger 6.2-liter V8. In 2021, you can equip any version except the high country with a 3.0-liter turbo diesel inline-six engine. Chevrolet Tahoe towing capacity is about 8,400 pounds when properly equipped.

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe LS

With a base MSRP of $50,760, the Chevrolet Tahoe LS is the sole nine-passenger trim in the lineup. It’s equipped with Chevrolet’s Infotainment 3 Plus system, a 10.2-inch touch screen, smartphone connectivity. USB ports, a Wi-Fi hotspot, an eight-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, remote start, bluetooth, a six-speaker stereo, HD Radio, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, keyless entry, and tri-zone automatic climate control.

It also includes several driver assistance features such as forward automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, tracking distance indicator, rear parking sensor, rear seat reminder, rain detector wiper, and GM teen driver.

It provides the vehicle with front parking sensors, lane departure warning, lane keeps assist, lane change alert, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe LT

The 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe LT has an MSRP of $61,070. It gains a nine-speaker Bose stereo, leather-appointed front seats with heating and 10-way power-adjustments, wireless device charging, a hands-free power liftgate, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a limited-slip rear differential.

The Driver Alert package remains available. It adds all of that plus power-folding second- and third-row seats, second-row heated outboard seats, a heated and power-adjustable steering wheel, automatic rear braking, and a surround-view parking camera system. The LT trim includes all of that and a panoramic sunroof.

There’s also navigation and a dual-screen entertainment system for the rear seats.

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Z71

The Z71 has a retail price of $65,850.It has almost the same devices as the LT, but with a four-wheel drive, front skid plate, two-speed transfer case, a premium suspension, a heavy-duty air filter, and hill descent control.

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Premier

Priced at $70,380, the Premier trim adds an 8-inch driver information display, a 10-speaker Bose stereo, a navigation system, perforated leather upholstery, ventilated and 12-way power-adjustable front seats, larger alloy wheels, a safety alert seat, the Driver Alert package, and the Luxury Package.

The Premium package equips this Chevrolet with adaptive cruise control, a rear camera mirror, and a panoramic sunroof.

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country

The Chevrolet Tahoe High Country starts at $77,890. It is the only device with a more powerful V8 engine. It has magnetic ride control, adaptive air suspension, a parking camera system with surround view, rearview mirror, automatic reverse braking, and a 15-inch head-up display.

Premium packages are still available and include power-retractable steps. The technology package includes a backseat touch screen and adaptive cruise control, a trailer system, and brake control.

2021 Chevrolet Tahoe RST

Based on the popular midrange LT trim level, the 2021 Suburban RST adds 22-inch wheels as standard, representing a notable upgrade. The 22-inch RST wheels, painted high-gloss black, brightly machined, are also more extensive than the standard 20-inch wheels with Premier and Z71 trims. Inside, the 2021 RST features a dedicated RST seat with contrast colored stitching. It is also equipped with a 4.2-inch diagonal color Driver Information Center (DIC) display as standard equipment. The rest of the equipment and features are drawn from Suburban LT.
